Jockey Vivek, the rider of SOUTH PARADISE, reported that his mount was lugging out after rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey P Mani, the rider of SUPREME STRENGTH, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the race. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of DARLING DYNAMITE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). HEART OF SUCCESS (M Prasad) was extremely fractious on the way to the Starting Gates, dislodged the rider and ran rider-less. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of MANTHARA, reported that his horse was hanging ‘out’ in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination, it was found to have sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of DEMANDING FORMAT, trained by Mr. Vishal Yadav and ridden by Jockey Harish. The horse has been impounded for veterinary examination.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of SUN DEVICE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing severe interference to ARABIAN MEMORIES (R Vaibhav) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey M Noornabi, the rider of MR MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to JUST GREAT (A Ashhad Asbar), on his inside approaching the 900 Metres. PREZZIE (Vivek) sustained cut injury on right hind inside hock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to withdraw SUGAR GOLD (Shiva Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to infected cellulitis on left fore inside cannon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. As Jockey G Vijay, the declared rider of YOURE KISS’S DUE was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fifth Race and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw YOURE KISS’S DUE from the above race. As Jockey Vijay Kumar, the declared rider of MUSKAAN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Seventh Race and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to withdraw MUSKAAN from the above race. It was reported that DARING DYNAMITE (Janardhan Paswan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
