ESTEGHLAL (K P G Appu) could not get a clear run, approaching the 300 Metres, due to the crowding of the field. Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of HIGH TREASON, reported that his mount was inclined to drift out in the straight. Jockey M Kumar, the rider of THE DAWN, reported that his mount grabbed its bit towards the right and shifted in causing interference to WALTER (A.R. Pradeep) despite his best efforts, approaching the 1000 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sharp molars. Hence trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence. It was reported after the race that THE DAWN (M. Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S.S. Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of HONEY BUZZARD, was fined Rs.5,000/- for coming in and causing very severe interference to MILAGRO (S Ramesh) on his inside, approaching the 1200 Metres. PRESET (P Ramesh) accidentally struck the front runner, MILAGRO (S Ramesh), dislodging its rider, approaching the 1100 Metres.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of HAMSAFAR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and bumping FAUSTIAN (Shobhan Babu), which in turn passed it on to ALL RISE (Vinod Shinde), on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to withdraw BAKERSFIELD (J Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have injury on the distal and limb swelling. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of LUMINOUS GOLD, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 200 Metres. Jockey I A Khan, the rider of GOLDEN TRICKS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). Jockey Harish, the rider of STRIVE AND SERVE was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). ABRACADABRA (Ladjadj Stephane) sustained bleeding cut injury on left fore outer cannon. SUNNYLAND (M J Gautam Raj Urs) sustained small cut on left fore inside pastern.
