Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav (deputising for Trainer Mr. Samar Singh) to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride SPRAWLING ELEGANCE, in place of the declared rider. It was observed that the Nose Band on BOLZANO (Nausad Alam) snapped when the horse left the Paddock. Subsequently, it was changed at the Starting Gate. On due examination of the equipment, it was found not to have been well maintained. Hence, Trainer Mr. V Lokanath was fined Rs.2,000/- for using an unserviceable equipment. It was reported after the race that JUST GREAT (B Sreekanth) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SUGRIV, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and causing interference to FRAME PARTNER (Afsar Khan) on his outside approaching the 200 Metres. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of FRAME PARTNER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g SUGRIV.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj to withdraw BALAS GLORY (P Ramesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club''s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, BELLA COOLA (J Paswan). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey Shanth Kumar to ride his charge, DARE DON, in place of the declared rider. As Jockey K. Anil, the declared rider of MARCEGALIA, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement, due to reasons beyond his control, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to substitute Jockey J. Paswan to ride MARCEGALIA, in place of the declared rider. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of PERFECT BOND, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., DRAMATIC DANCER (B Sreekanth), LAD DIVA (M J Gautam Raj Urs), SIX SHOOTER (H G Rathod) and PORTATONE (N Rajesh) on his inside before passing the Red Marker Post. SIX SHOOTER (H G Rathod) sustained small cut on lower lip. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch m DRAMATIC DANCER.

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, MAXIMUM CITY (J Paswan). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. NEVER SAY GOODBYE (P S Chouhan) accidentally hit the false rails, approaching the 700 Metres. CHRONICLE (R Vaideeshwaran) sustained cut on right side of the abdomen.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G Nityanand to withdraw MONTAG on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from pyrexia. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw HIGH TREASON (V R Jagdeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have swelling around right hind fetlock and pastern. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. As Jockey N. Harsha, the declared rider of THE GENTLE DON was certified medically unfit to ride and no suitable substitute was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay (deputizing for trainer Mr. Amit Caddy) to withdraw THE GENTLE DON from the above race. As Jockey Afsar Khan, the declared rider of DEEPDESIRE, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde, to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride DEEPDESIRE, in place of the declared rider. LAKE OF MAGIC (Shanth Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced GORGEOUS GOLD (S Mallikarjun), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of ARTS, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1000 Metres due to the crowding of the field. ONE LIFE TO LOVE (P S Chouhan) sustained cut injury on right fore outer cannon. TIME FOR ALL (Vinod Shinde) sustained cut injury on right hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g SPRINT STAR.

As Jockey Keanen G Steyn, the declared rider of BUCETHALIS, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey V R Jagdeesh to ride BUCETHALIS, in place of the declared rider. As Jockey H.G. Rathod, the declared rider of FLYING TRICOLOUR, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6thrace, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S Mallikarjun to ride FLYING TRICOLOUR, in place of the declared rider. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of MISS RUBY, was reprimanded for repeatedly calling out during the early part of the race. An enquiry is being held into the interference caused by Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SKYLINER to the horses on his inside viz. YANKEE LANE (G Y Rajesh Babu) and REAL MAGIC (B Sreekanth) before passing the red marker post and for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., FLYING TRICOLOUR (S Mallikarjun), ONE FOR THE MONEY (Suraj Narredu), BUCETHALIS (V R Jagdeesh) and YOURE A LEGEND (S Ramesh) approaching the 1000 Metres. It was reported after the race that, DARING DYNAMITE (Neeraj Rawal) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S Mallikarjun, the rider of THE CONTENDER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to AILSA (N Rajesh) on his inside approaching the 600 Metres.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey P Mani to ride OWN WAY, in place of the declared rider. As Jockey P. Mani could not draw the declared weight, permission was granted to the trainer to substitute Jockey C Krishnan in place of the substituted rider, P Mani. Jockey P.
