The Trainer stated that (a) his charge was running in an open class as against the previous runs when it has run in three year old maiden race; (b) he had put the equipments, viz. hanging bit and tongue strap, on his charge as it was warranted; (c) since then, it had been working well in the morning trials; (d) he had told his rider to ride from the forward position, do his best thereafter; (e) the rider rode according to his instructions and (f) as his charge had not performed in its previous starts, he had not fancied it much despite its decent work outs, but, probably, due to poor company, it won the race. His explanations were noted. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.f. BLUES AND ROYALS.
