Trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra was fined Rs.2,000/- for the inordinate delay in presenting his charge PRINCE ASHWIN (N. Ravinder Singh) to the paddock. SADDLER (M J Gautam Raj Urs) sustained cut on right fore pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b.g. PRINCE OF ARGYLE. The Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd, at their Meeting held on 15th June 2011 considered the analytical report received from the Hong Kong Jockey Club, pertaining to the analysis of the urine sample taken from b g PRINCE OF ARGYLE (trained by Mr. Vishal Yadav) which had shown the presence of Capsaicin - prohibited substance the sample of which was taken after the said horse was placed First in the above race. The Stewards noted the following : The trainer/owner were given the option of sending the split sample of the urine for confirmatory analysis. The trainer vide his letter dated 11TH June 2011 informed the Club that he did not wish to exercise the above option. Therefore, the Stewards decided to disqualify the horse b g PRINCE OF ARGYLE from the above race and revise the order of placings as under: NANO BLUE I SUPREME STRENGTH II SADDLER III ISINBAYEVA IV TRACK WONDER V

Jockey S Sreekant the rider of HAGGLER was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). BEE FOR YOU (B Mahesh) sustained bruises over left chest wall.

As Jockey S Rajesh, the declared rider of LAKE EMERALD, tested positive during the Breathalyzer Test and was not permitted to fulfill his riding engagement, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Gaurav Sapra to ride LAKE EMERALD in place of the declared rider. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.2,000/- for the inordinate delay in presenting his charge, HAKUNA MATATA (C Krishnan) to the Paddock. GAMBIT (G Y Rajesh Babu) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order. MR MAGIC (Melvyn Maseyk) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty fastening of bandage on both the fore in respect of his charge, REFUSE TO BEND (M Suresh), in that the bandages came loose during the race. He was further cautioned to be more careful in future. It was reported after the race that REFUSE TO BEND (M Suresh) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Gaurav Sapra the rider of LAKE EMERALD was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Rajesh, the declared rider of LAKE EMERALD, to the Stewards for violation of BTC Calendar Notification under the heading 'Alchohol Testing of Riders' , in that he tested positive in the Breathalyzer Test conducted before the first race. The Stewards held an enquiry and examined Jockey S. Rajesh. After deliberations, they decided to (a) suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey S. Rajesh from 28-5-2011 to 29-5-2011(both the days inclusive); and (b) fine him a sum of Rs.2,500/- (1st offence during the season) for violation of BTC Calendar Notification under the heading 'Alchohol Testing of Riders' (permitted to ride work).

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw BRIDGE TOO FAR on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from laminitis on both fore and fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. SAPTASHWA (Vivek) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. MYSTIC STAR (Mohammed Shoaib) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey M A Milan the rider of MARATHA CONQUEROR was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing in. Jockey M.A. Milan the rider of MARATHA CONQUEROR was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from b rig FAUSTAIN.

Trainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards having accepted, HIGH TREASON (N. Ravinder Singh) to run in the above race without showing it in a Mock Race when he had been specifically advised to do so. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer him to withdraw HIGH TREASON from the above race. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed to ride LAKE OF MAGIC in place of the declared rider. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge, LAKE OF MAGIC (N. Tauseef Ahmed), as regards shoeing. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f HONEY BUZZARD.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to declare Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride his charge, SEASON'S GREETINGS. SUN DEVICE (Mohammed Shoaib) jumped awkwardly outwards, did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. It was reported after the race that GAME OF LIFE (G Y Rajesh Babu) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. GRIS RAPIDE (S K Gregory) sustained injury on right hind fetlock. ENFORCER (N Ravinder Singh) sustained deep cut on left hind tendon and outer cannon.

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.500/- for failing to prdocue the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge GREEN BRO (Amyn Merchant). Subsequently 'all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Rajesh Babu from 28-5-2011 to 4-6-2011 (both the days inclusive) and fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/- for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount CANNON SCOT in the above race (permitted to ride work). Mallikarjuna to the Stewards for negligence in the performance of his duties as a trainer (Rules No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that he accepted his charge in the above race when it was not in a fit condition to race and which was subsequently withdrawn from the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry on 18th May 2011 and examined trainer Mr. R. Mallikarjuna. After deliberations, they decided to give the benefit of a very grave doubt to trainer Mr. R.
