At the start, MASCARA (Yash Narredu, dr.11) jumped inwards and made contact CONNAUGHT (App. P Shinde, dr.10) Passing the 300 metres, SUNLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat) shifted out under the whip and went onto ON VA DANSER (P. S. Kaviraj). App Kirtish Bhagat has been severely reprimanded. In the final stages of the races, VIKRAMADITYA (Antony Raj S.) was inclined outwards. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. It was observed that ON VA DANSER (App. P. S. Kaviraj) hung out in the final stages of the race despite rider’s effort. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar reported that his mount HELLBENT was not galloping fluently passing the 1200 metres and thereafter the gelding stopped galloping near 800 metres. On examination it was found that the gelding was sore by the right hind leg. He was given first aid treatment and evacuated to Equine Hospital for further treatment and investigation. Subsequently, the Sr. V.O. reported that the gelding was found dead on 17th January 2022 due to multiple fracture fragments of wings of ilium right hind limb. After the race, MASCARA was trotted and found to be sound.

Chouhan) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing HOOVES OF THUNDER (Yash Narredu) causing the later to check and drop back. After questioning, Jockey P. S. Chouhan has been fined Rs.3,000/-. After the race Jockey A. Sandesh (TYRONE BLACK) reported that his mount was running green.

Passing the 400 metres, Jockey T. S. Jodha (SONG SONG BLUE) was observed to have lost his whip. This being his first instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2021-22, no action has been initiated. After the race, ANIMOUS had a gum injury.
On the arrival at the start, at the request of Jockey H. Zeeshan his mount SPIRIT BAY was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. who certified her fit to race. GUSTY GIRL (P. Vinod, dr.10) took an awkward fly at the start. RHYTHM OF NATURE (M. Ayyar, dr.4) jumped and veered inwards thereby cutting across EMERALD (App. P. S. Kaviraj, dr.3) who was marginally slow to begin. Trainer S. S. Shah has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. Approaching the 650 metres, DRAGONESS (N. S. Parmar) racing on haunches of SPIRIT BAY (H. Zeeshan) and LAMBRETTA (Bhawani Singh) was denied a clear passage as a result overreached the front runners thereby losing its footing and had to be steadied. Passing the 600 metres, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit) weakened and dropped back due to which RHYTHM OF NATURE (M. Ayyar) racing on his haunches had to check and change course and in the process made contact with REMUS (Antony Raj S.) and thereafter shifted in as a result TURMERIC TOWER (T. S. Jodha) was tightened and had to be checked. After the race, RECIPROCITY was trotted and found to be sound but had a cut injury on left hind fetlock.
