Thereafter, OCTAVIUS shifted out thereby tightening OFFICER IN COMMAND who had to be steadied. App. Malam Singh and App.Bhawani Singh have been cautioned. After the race, OCTAVIUS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. After cold water hosing, the gelding recovered.
