ALECTO (S.Mosin) hung inwards throughout the race and scraped the rails on a couple of occasions and approaching 800 metres tightened SHEER ROMANCE (S.G.Prasad) who lost position. Trainer S.S.Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

At the request of Trainer Mansoor Shah, AMARA was examined at 1025 hours on 09/03/2014 and was found to be sore by the left fore leg, as such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Jockey Sandeep Jadhav has been fined Rs.2,000/-.
Jockey F.Irani (SHOCKALOT) has been reprimanded for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight.
