LIVISILLA (A Ashhad Asbar) was extremely fractious to be stalled. In view of its behaviour Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work. ch g BLUE ORIGIN (Md Islam) was fractious in its stall, reared up and fell, getting stuck inside the gate. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked. IMMEASURABLE (Sujit Kr Paswan) was hanging in during the concluding stages of the race in spite of the Jockey’s best efforts. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to take appropriate remedial measures. The Veterinary Officer reported that FULL VOLUME returned with a cut injury on right fore. On the morning of Friday, 7th October, 2022, BLUE ORIGIN was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right hind. Tr. B Mahesh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

RANDOLPH (A Sandesh) was difficult to load. ACTOFMAGIC (Sujit Kr Paswan) was extremely difficult to load. In view of its behaviour Tr. C Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work. SEA DRAGON (Neeraj Rawal, drawn 6) which was difficult to load, jumped awkwardly inwards inconveniencing EL PATRON (A Imran Khan, drawn 5). ASHWAMEGH (Md Imran) jumped awkwardly outwards from the gates resulting in the Jockey losing his right stirrup iron which he was able to regain within 100 metres. Jockey Md Imran, the rider of ASHWAMEGH, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race and he was having great difficulty in controlling his mount. As the gelding had behaved similarly in its previous outing, Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was once again advised to take appropriate remedial measures. Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SEA DRAGON, reported that his mount failed to respond to his urgings from about the 700 metres and did not quicken in the straight in spite of his best efforts. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was advised to get her charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment if any. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine SEA DRAGON and SWIFT LADY and report ailment, if any. On examination the Veterinary Officer reported that SEA DRAGON and SWIFT LADY were trotting sound.

DR DOOM (S Saqlain) fly jumped out from the gates. BIG BROWN (Sujit Kr Paswan) had to be steadied passing the 700 metres to avoid running into the heels of the front runners. The Veterinary Officer reported that :- a) DR DOOM returned with a cut injury on right fore. b) BIG BROWN was found to be trotting sound.

PSYCHIC FORCE (Neeraj Rawal) was difficult to load. Tr. Rutherford Alford when questioned regarding the riding instructions to Jockey S Saqlain on his charge REDOUBTABLE, stated that :- a) He had asked the Jockey to go to the front and slow down the pace. b) To gradually increase the pace from about the 800 metres and try and go away from the field from about the 600 metres. c) Keep the stick on the left in case the horse tried to drift out in the straight. When asked about his observations of the race the Trainer stated that he was disappointed that the Jockey could not control his mount from about the 1000 metres, taking an unduly long lead which may have had an eventual bearing on the result of the race. Jockey S Saqlain when questioned corroborated the instructions and explained that the horse took a hold from the 1000 metres and got more keen as he tried to restrain him, drifted out from about the 300 metres and as such he rode out in the straight while trying to correct his mount’s drift. The enquiry shall be continued in this case. The Veterinary Officer reported that on examination :- a) PSYCHIC FORCE was found to have left hind fetlock aberration. b) REDOUBTABLE was found to be sound.

SICILY (A Imran Khan) and KIEFER (A Sandesh) were difficult to load. HELLBLAZER (S Saqlain) was fractious to load. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. ROKA (Neeraj Rawal) was very difficult to load. Tr Aashay Doctor was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. HELLBLAZER (S Saqlain) jumped inwards inconveniencing KIEFER (A Sandesh). Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan, the rider of DIVYA SHAKTHI, was reprimanded for failing to infuse adequate vigour in his riding from about the 300 metres. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to ensure that his charges are run and ridden in such manner so as to attain the best possible position in the race.
