The Stewards of club suspended App. R S Jodha from riding races w.e.f. 30TH August to 5th September 2022 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he made no efforts to prevent his mount from shifting out from about the 400 mtrs to the 200 mtrs, instead whipped from inside in the process shifting out further, bumping and causing interference to STAG S LEAP (Suraj Narredu). The App. is however, permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Trainer D. Netto was cautioned for failing to take proper care in fixing the equipment on his mount ICICLE (Suraj Narredu) whose equipment SCP got loose and fell at about the 200 mtrs during the running of the race. Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (PAPAL DECREE) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race and dropped back from about the 500 mtrs and ran detached from the field was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was noted for future reference.
