Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound, she got bruised injuries over both sides of the shoulder region. The Stewards suspended App. S.S. Tanwar (CROWN ROYAL) from riding in races w.e.f. 19th August to 30th August 2015, both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted in soon after the start on to EXCLUSIVE LADY (App. Abhishek S. Pawar) who inturn caused interference to TRANSITION (Aneel) and YKSI YKSI YKSI (P. Sai Kumar). The App. is however, permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Permission has been granted to Trainer M. Srinvias Reddy to saddle the following horses on behalf of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh at both Trainers' risk & liability. H. No. 2 STRIDES OF LUCK (App. Ajit Singh) H. No. 5 RUMAIYA VASTAVAIYA (App. Abhishek S. Pawar) GOLDEN FLASH (N. Rawal) and FULL OF LIFE (App. Praveen Gaddam) jumped out slowly losing about 3 to 4 lengths each, SSCs revoked. Trainer Anupam Sharma while confirming the above stated that his mount was in front as instructed but as she was chased until entering into the straight, she did not shown any turn off foot in the straight and started dropping back from about the 300 mtrs was noted for future reference. Jockey Kiran Naidu (SAN RAMON) reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain. The Stewards suspended App. Md. Sameeruddin (CLOUD DANCER) from riding in races w.e.f. 19th August to 30th August 2015 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted in while negotiating the final bend in the process causing interference to MISS A KISS (A.M. Tograllu). The App. is however permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Jockey B. Dileep (TIME FOR FUN) was cautioned for shifting in 100 mtrs after the start causing interference to ISLAND BIRD (App.Deepak Singh). Jockey Aneel (TINSEL TOWN) was cautioned for shifting out in the final 100 mtrs of the race in the process forcing out the runners racing on his outside. KOHINOOR LOVE (P. Sai Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts.

VIJAY VIDYUT (App. Ajit Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Explanation of Jockey Deep Shanker (RED RAMBBLE) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2nd which he tried to follow until entering into the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding shifted out under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

The Stewards suspended Jockey Kiran Naidu (PEGASUS) from riding in races w.e.f 19th to 23rd August 2015 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted in soon after the start crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to ROI'S CRUISE (App. Akshay Kumar) and AMAZING WEAPON (P. Ajeeth Kumar) and thereafter shifted in again after traveling about 50 mtrs causing interference to ROI'S CRUISE (App. Akshay Kumar). The Jockey is however permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
