At the start, ANGEL IN MY HEART (Kundan Paswan) jumped out awkwardly and veered inwards. GUARNERIUS (Jai Parkash) took a fly jump.
Near 400 metres, MASTER STEPPER (Ankit Pal) leaned outwards and went out on to JET QUEEN (Praveen Saini) who in turn went on to ZENITH (Rajesh Kr Patel).
An objection was lodged by Jockey SG Prasad (PROFESSOR, Placed 3rd by the Judge) against DHATOORA (Dilip Singh), Placed 2nd by the Judge "For coming on to me at around 400 metres and continuously blocking my way till 150 metres due to which my mount could not run freely and so I could not ride out properly and lost a certain race."
The Stewards interviewed the Jockeys concerned and having heard the submission made by the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their judgement of the race, decided to overrule the Objection and maintained the Placings as declared by the Judge.
