Near 150 metre, SUMMER PALACE (Jai Parkash) shifted in under the use of whip and took the running of MISS CINDRELLA (Khet Singh) who collided with SUMMER PALACE and stumbled. Jockey Jai Parkash was reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. Jockey R Yousaf (BRAMHAPUTRI) reported that soon after the start, due to crowding, he lost his right stirrup and was unbalanced and by the time his mount gained momentum, the mare had lost considerable ground. At the start, TOP BRACKET (Akash Rajput) jumped awkwardly inwards and crowded the horses on its outside viz. AUTUMN GOLD (MB Qureshi), BRAMHAPUTRI (R Yousaf), MASTER CRISTIANO (AAshhadAsbar) who was steadied and BRAHMAPUTRI lost position. Jockey Akash Rajput (TOP BRACKET) reported that he did not get a clear run as SUPERSTAR SUREME (Dhanu S Deora) changed his course twice in the straight. After questioning, Jockey Dhanu S Deora has been cautioned. The Stewards interviewed Jockey Jai Parkash. The Stewards took in to consideration that at that stage of the race, the whip of Jockey Dhanu S Deora (SUPERSTAR SUPREME) hit the face of MISS CINDRELLA (Khet Singh) who shied away which may have contributed to MISS CINDRELLA shifting out at the time when SUMMER PALACE shifted in under the use of the whip. Taking an overall view in the matter and held the view that SUMMER PALACE had shifted in under the use of the whip with the Jockey making no effort to control the inward movement of his mount and later took the running of MISS CINDRELLA who clipped the heels of SUMMER PALACE and stumbled, almost dislodging its Rider and therefore decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for Careless Riding.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora(GO MY GIRL) reported thathis mount stumbled at the start, as such, he could not follow the instructions which were to be in 3rd or 4th. MISS ZACHARY (Muzammil Hashmi) was sluggish at the start and trailed the field. The veterinary examination revealed that the mare was lame by its leftfore leg. Trainer S Nawab has been asked to obtain a certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race. Jockey Himalay S Pawar(HELLO HELLO) has been severely reprimanded for his feeble riding in the straight.

ASHWA YASHOBALI (PS Chouhan) leaned outwards in the final 100 metres. Trainer M Srinivas Reddy has been asked to take remedial measures with his charge. Approaching 1400 metres, TOP SECRET (Dhanu S Deora) shifted in due to which HARRY ANGEL (Akash Rajput) shifted in and inconvenienced ASHWA YASHOBALI (PS Chouhan). Jockey Dhanu S Deora has been cautioned. Approaching 200 metres, HARRY ANGEL (Akash Rajput) shifted in and made contact with ASHWA YASHOBALI (PS Chouhan) and ricocheted off ASHWA YASHOBALI and carried ASHWA SABIRA (Dashrath Singh) outwards.

Jockey Sameer Qureshi was declared to ride on two horses viz ROSES ARE FOREVER & CAPTAIN COOL by Trainers Zulfiqar Khan and Richpal Singh. Jockey Sameer Qureshi has been fined Rs.1,000/ for accepting two rides in the same race. Subsequently, Jockey Akash Rajput was permitted to be declared to ride CAPTAIN COOL by Trainer Richpal Singh. When questioned, Jockey C Umesh (NICHE ORGANIC) stated that he was uncomfortable during the race due to pain in his groin and alsodue to kick back, therefore, he could not follow the instruction during the race and ride out his mount to complete advantage. The same was noted. MISS COLOMBIANA was extremely fractious before being loaded and the jockey was injured, as such, was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. Trainer KP Singh has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race. As a consequence of withdrawal of MISS COLOMBIANA, a deduction of 20% on win 30% on place bets was affected.

Jockey D Kumar (RED APPLE) was observed not to have ridden out his mount during the race. On questioning, the Jockey stated that the saddle on his mount had slipped back during the race, but he failed to report the same to the Stipendiary Stewards while returning from the race on the Track and failed to show the same after coming in the Paddock and removed the saddle after dismounting. The Trainer, when questioned, stated that the saddle was in place, but the surcingle had shifted back. As the saddle slip could not be confirmed, Jockey D Kumar has been fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to persevere with his mount during the race. At the start, COME ON SEXY (Jai Parkash) & DARING (Rajinder Saini) were slowly away. MISTER BEST (Akash Rajput) luggedout in the straight, Trainer Rajinder was asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. Jockey Arman Jafri (HE IS SEXY) has been reprimanded for shifting in before passing the red marker.
