An enquiry has been initiated in to the improved performance of TAKE OVER TARGET within a short span of time.
UDAAN(Rajinder Saini) lugged out while negotiating the bend and carried TAKE OVER TARGET (SA Shah) outwards. Trainer Zulfiqar Khan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.
On a request from Trainer Mallikarjun, MASTER BECKET was permitted to be withdrawn on compassionate grounds.

An Objection was lodged by Jockey Sandeep Rajput (ZAROON), placed second by the Judge against CASH IN HAND (M I Qureshi), placed first by the Judge for “taking my ground at 250 metres, when my horse was in full gallop and forcing me to shift the path due to which my mount broke the momentum and when tried to regallop that cost me the race, the verdict being a head.” Passing 300 metres, ZAROON (Sandeep Rajput) & CASH IN HAND (MI Qureshi) went across BACHELOR BOY (Sameer Khan).
At the start, NICHE DIAMOND (C Umesh) took a fly jump and slowly away. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that NICHE DIAMOND had a cut injury on the heel of its rightfore leg. Trainer Irfan Ali has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
At the start, GRAND GALLOP (SA Shah) jumped out awkwardly whereby the Jockey lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly.
Jockey Sameer Khan (BACHELOR BOY) was observed to have used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third offence with regard use of the whip during the current Meeting, the matter has been reported to the Stewards.

Soon after the start, HARFAN MOULA (Md Habeeb) was steadied while racing inside TRULY MAJESTIC (MB Qureshi).
At the start, NEBULOUS (SA Shah) was slowly away.
Near 700 metres, ASHWA GRACE (SG Prasad) shifted in due to bend and tightened HARFAN MOULAA (Md Habeeb) who in turn went onto MR STUNNING (Arman Ali Jafri) who lost position.
MASTER BOOST (AAshhadAsbar) planted and took no part in the race. Trainer Mallikarjun, deputizing for S Nawab, has been asked to give sufficient gate practiceand show the gelding in Mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.

An objection was lodged by Jockey S G Prasad (ASHWA SABIRA), placed second by the Judge against VEERABHADRA (Dhanu S Deora), placed first by the Judge for “coming in sharply before passing the red marker, after which I had to check my mount that broke its strides and again when my mount was full of gallop,VEERABHADRA shifted out and taking my ground at about 200 metres due to which my filly lost its rhythm and I had to shift in for regallop that cost me a certain race”.
Soon after the start, TALENTED (AAshhadAsbar) shifted in and tightened PROMISE OF LOVE (MB Qureshi) who in turn went in on to PRISCA (Ranjeet Singh) causing her to be checked. Jockey AAshhadAsbar has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Trainer Bharat T Singh informed that VEERABHADRA had splayed one of its hind plates while being saddled and it would be time consuming to replate the filly and requested that he be permitted to remove the plate from the other hind leg and would race the filly hind bare. The hind plate was removed from the other hind leg and once she was examined and passed fit by the Veterinary Officer, the filly was permitted to proceed to the starting Gates. The filly was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the Starting Gates before being loaded.
On a request from Trainer Rajinder, COME ON GIRL was examined on 17 Mar 2019 and was found to be lame by its Right fore leg. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
