On a request from Trainer S Ali Khan, ASHWA SAANGA was examined on 13 Jan 2019 and was found to be lame by its left-fore leg. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race. After being stalled, MOUNTAIN GUNNER was extremely fractious inside its Stall and hurt himself. The horse was lame by its right-hind leg and was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.Trainer Rajinder has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.As a consequence of MOUNTAIN GUNNER being withdrawn, a deduction of 30% on Win and 50% on Place was affected. After the race, DARING sustained a cut injury on left-fore leg and was lame by that leg. Trainer Zulfiqar Khan has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race. The Veterinary examination of ASHWA JOSHILA revealed no apparent abnormality.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer examined MASTER VANPERISE at the Starting Gate and was found to be lame by its left-fore leg, as such, was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. As a consequence of MASTER VANPERISE being withdrawn, no deduction on Win or Place bets was affected. At the start, EXTREME DESIRE (R Yousaf) was tightened. At the start, ROSES ARE FOREVER (Md Habeeb) shifted in before the Red Marker, though no interference was caused. Jockey Md. Habeeb has been cautioned. Jockey S Lalit (FLY AWAY) hasbeen cautioned for showing a victory sign before passing the winning post. Jockey S Lalit (FLY AWAY) has been fined Rs.1000/- for allowing his mount to shift in soon after the start and went across DARJEELING (CS Jodha).
