Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge KAZING (A. Sandesh) in the above race [1st Infringement]. KAZING (A. Sandesh) after jumping out swerved towards the left, did not raise a fluent gallop, thereby losing some ground at the start & thereafter ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race. Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of SHOCK AND AWE was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to MARTHA (Rajesh Kumar M), on his outside, which in turn passed it onto MY VISIONARY (V.R.Jagadeesh) on its outside at the start. Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of ANZAC PARADE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and bumping IMPERIAL STAR (A.A. Vikrant) on his inside at the start. Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of KAZING reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form of FEMME FATALE, Trained by Mr. M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by Jockey P. Mani, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 17 i.e.,The Dupont Plate - (About) 1200 metres, for Horses rated 00 to 25 run on 09/5/2026, when ridden by Jockey Kiran Rai.P, it ran unplaced. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali and Jockey B. L. Paswan were questioned regarding the running and riding of BLUE SAINT in the above race. The trainer stated as follows:- 1. His charge, BLUE SAINT was very fractious in the gates and when the blindfolds were removed and the start was effected, the horse took a slow jump and was very sluggish at the Start and after jump-out, it was reluctant to raise a fluent gallop; 2. Thereafter Jockey B L Paswan has brushed up his mount and came up to be in 3rd last position and thereafter, has ridden a good race and was tapping and niggling the horse right from the start; 3. Thereafter, in the Straight he has ridden his charge out and it came and finished a good fourth; 4. According to him, Jockey B L Paswan had ridden as per his instructions and overall, he was satisfied with the run of his charge, BLUE SAINT, in the above Race. The Jockey corroborated the statements of the trainer and their explanations were noted for future reference. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m FEMME FATALE.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of REINE ETOILE was fined Rs. 2,000/- for trying to take the non-existent gap between horses, thereby squeezing BLUE STORM (Pavan) on his inside between 1000 Metres & 900 Metres. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of LENA was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to REINE ETOILE (Vinod Shinde), on its inside Passing the 700 Metres. Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of QUEENDOM was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b f QUEENDOM.

Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of THRILL OF BRAZIL was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improving his position from the early stages of the race till about entering in the straight. It was observed that ECLIPSE PULSE (A.Ashhad Asbar) stopped galloping from the 400 Metres onwards. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. THRILL OF BRAZIL (V.R.Jagadeesh) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g ALFONSINE.

SEA THE SUN (S. Sachin) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced MAGNUS (Neeraj Rawal) on its outside soon after the start. It was observed that SEA THE SUN (S. Sachin) brushed the running rails passing the 1000 Metres & also passing the 700 Metres. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MARGARETTA.

MANDATE (Antony Raj S.) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race. Jockey Aditya Waydande, the rider of RAZZMATAZZ was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to DR. COLCHESTER (V.R.Jagadeesh) on its outside passing the 200 Metres. Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of LARSON reported that his mount not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Jockey Vishal, the rider of INFINITE SPIRIT reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 200 Meters. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Indrajeet Kumar on his mount VERSACE, Trained by Mr. M Rajendra Singh in the above race. MANDATE (Antony Raj S.) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b g MANDATE. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f RAZZMATAZZ.

MISTER BROWN (Arvind Kumar. N) was slightly slowly away at the start. Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of ADELANTO was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing STRAVINSKY (Rajesh Kumar M) on his inside between 700 Metres & 600 Metres. Jockey Aditya Waydande, the rider of FLIGHT OF FANCY was reprimanded for taking an unduly lead rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. ADELANTO (Kiran Rai P) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. G. Y. Rajesh Babu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey Aditya Waydande, the rider of FLIGHT OF FANCY was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MISTER BROWN. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah to deputize on behalf of Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad who was unable to attend the races.
