Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by the Jockey, he was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. Jockey A.Ramu, the rider of HUSHED was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. It was observed that JOYFUL SPIRIT (R. Vaibhav) not galloping fluently, after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. G. Y. Rajesh Babu was ensure better performance of his charge in future. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FREDERIKA.

BLUE SAINT (B. L. Paswan) was extremely fractious inside the starting gates, reared up, and fell on its right buttock, which caused the saddle to shift. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of RECREATOR was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race with respect to the riding of Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of ROYAL JEWEL. In that “After taking a good jump, he has not shown any urgency nor made any effort to improve his position throughout the race. Jockey Shamaz Shareef was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Shamaz Shareef and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Shamaz Shareef for Unsatisfactory Riding. The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Shamaz Shareef for two (2) race days i.e., 16/05/2026 & 17/05/2026 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2026 as he had pleaded guilty for Unsatisfactory Riding under Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount ROYAL JEWEL (he is permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal. IMPERIAL STAR (G. Praveen) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f ZEPHYRINE.

It was observed that THRILL OF BRAZIL (Mukesh Kumar(HYD) was hanging 'in' after entering in the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was observed that Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of SUNDANCE KID reported that his mount was grabbing the bit during the race. Trainer Mr. G. Sandhu was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of THE GOLDEN DREAM was fined Rs.3,000/- for not improving his position from 600 Metres till about 300 Metres. Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of EL ALAMEIN was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence in weighing "in" 400 gms less. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m BELLAVITA.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of NIMBUS SPEED was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out COUNTRY'S MCQUEEN (Antony Raj S.) on his outside soon after the start. Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding running and riding of BUREVESTNIK in the above race. Jockey stated that:- 1) His mount was very keen and full of running when at a crucial stage & asked for an effort it did not pick up; 2) When other horse came along side, his mount shied inwards & finished a good 3rd. The trainer corroborated the statements of the Jockey and added that this was only the second run of his life. He also stated that the horse could be given sufficient time before its next run with a pair of blinkers. Therefore, their explanations were noted for future reference. It was reported after the race that BUREVESTNIK (P. Trevor) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the race. BUREVESTNIK (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b c BUREVESTNIK. Trevor were questioned regarding the running and riding of EAGLE EYE in the above race. Jockey stated as follows:- 1) The front runner set a good pace; 2) His mount did not show the same turn of foot as before and when asked for an effort, his mount did not respond.
