Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge SPARK OF DIABLO (San. Kumar Paswan). Subsequently `all black' emergency colours were permitted to be used. FREE WILL (D. Gnaneshwar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SILVER STREET (R. Vaibhav) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. SPARK OF DIABLO (San. Kumar Paswan) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track. Jockey R. Anand, the rider of VEGA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of GLAMOUR BOY, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement). Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ORIENTAL KING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). NATION'S GLORY (Y.S. Srinath) sustained bleeding cut injury on right hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f WHIMSICAL. It was reported after the last race that ORIENTAL KING (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels (Grade III - Endoscopy) at 6.00 p.m. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ICE STONE (Shanth Kumar) walked out of the gates, did not raise a fluent gallop for sometime and lost considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on race day on the race track. Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of ANONYMOUS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SUPREME (Ryan Marshall) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of IGAH IGAH IGAH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to ANONYMOUS (S. Chandrashekar) on his outside rounding the final bend. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw ALCAZAAR on veterinary grounds as it was found to have an inflammed right elbow. Selvaraj to ride HILLSBORO in place of Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider. VIOLENT STORM (Imran Chisty) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon and bleeding cut injury on right hind cannon. SUPER SALONI (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced BEL ESPRIT (Vinod Shinde) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. SUPER SILVER (G. Adarsh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced BEL ESPRIT (Vinod Shinde) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of SUPER SILVER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SILHOUETTE (Ryan Marshall) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of PRINCESS LARA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course before passing the red marker post. SUMMERVILLE (M.D. Praveen) sustained cut injury on right fore fetlock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CASH MY WAY.

It was reported after the race that the right fore shoe of CRISTOFFE (L P Beuzelin) had apparently come off during the race. STROMBOLITE (Anjar Alam) sustained a cut injury on left gaskin. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g VALERIAN.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of ACTIVE GREY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ROYAL REIN (Babu Singh) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of VIKTOR, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of INDICATION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course whereby he came in and inconvenienced MANTRA (S. John) on his inside during the final stages of the race. It was reported after the race that the right fore shoe of ACTIVE GREY (Tauseef Ahmed) had apparently come off during the race. ACTIVE GREY (Tauseef Ahmed) sustained bleeding cut injury on right gaskin. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f FRANKNESS.

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.5,000/- for the undesirable practice of repeatedly declaring an apprentice Jockey without the prior permission of the Master Trainer in that on this occasion he declared Jockey Mudassar Nazar to ride his charge ATLAS POWER without obtaining the prior permission from the Master Trainer. Subsequently permission was granted to him to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride ATLAS POWER in place of Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the declared rider. LADS GLADIATOR (A. Vishwanath) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. ABNOBA (Ajeet Kumar) could not get a clear run approaching the 900 Metres due to a closely packed field. LADS GLADIATOR (A. Vishwanath) was inclined to run out passing the 900 Metres. ULTIMATE FANTASY (A.R. Pradeep) finished detached last. Since this horse has run unplaced in its last eight starts and today in its ninth start it ran last clocking more than one second as compared to the second last placed horse in the above race, trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that this horse will be allowed to participate only in one more race under BTC Rules of Racing with a pre condition that it will not be permitted to race under BTC Rules of Racing in case this horse fails to place First, Second, Third or Fourth in its next run i.e tenth run. LUCKY SAM (Shobhan Babu) pulled up lame during the race; the rider having to dismount before passing the winning post. Subsequent to the race day, the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that the horse was euthanized. LADS GLADIATOR (A.Vishwanath) sustained a cut injury on right hock.
