The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. Subsequently the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it had pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SPIRITOFCHARTWELL, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c ARYTON.

Sirajuddin was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge HAPPY VICTORY(Suraj Narredu) the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.27 of the Bangalore Summer Meeting 2013 when ridden by Jockey Syed Asgar it ran unplaced. He was also fined Rs.5,000/- for tendering misleading evidence during the said enquiry. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g HAPPY VICTORY.
