BEBO (R. Bharath) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DANCING EMERALDS (R. Vaideeshwaran) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of A MOVE TO REMEMBER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing RAAGA (Arshad Alam) on his inside passing he 900 Metres. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of MOUNTAIN HIGH, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and repeatedly taking out BOURBON ROCK (B. Sreekanth) on his outside passing the 500 Metres. Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of BOURBON ROCK, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MOUNTAIN HIGH (Saddam Hussain) on his inside passing the 400 Metres. PRASHASTHA (Mohammed Shoaib) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran, the rider of DANCING EMERALDS, was reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out in the final 200 Metres of the race. Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of DAY TRADER, reported that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. BOURBON ROCK (B. Sreekanth) sustained cut injury on right fore fetlock.

Trainer Mr. S.Narredu was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge to start for the race after having accepted with it. It was observed that FOREVER HONOUR (K. Raja Rao) shied away from PERFECT SOUL (P. Mulrennan) thereby inconveniencing MURIOI (B. Sreekanth) on its outside approaching the 1200 Metres. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ALBERTINO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to AZURE FIRE (C. Henrique) which in turn passed it on to AMBITIOUS REWARD (Vivek) on his inside along the rails approaching the 400 Metres. It was observed that AMBITIOUS REWARD (Vivek) drifted out under pressure in the final 250 Metres of the race. Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of CZAR OF ROMANCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to MURIOI (B. Sreekanth) on his inside passing the 150 Metres. PARISIAN SPRING (Syed Asgar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from ch g AZURE FIRE. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ALBERTINO.

LANKAN PEARL (Afsar Khan) was examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to have sustained cut injury on left shoulder after having been kicked by another horse on the way to the starting gates and was lame on left fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Mohd. Feroz, the rider of DISTINCTIVE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby colliding with the false rails passing the 1200 Metres. Jockey A. Ramu, the rider of COOL HAND, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing TURF FAME (S. Chandrashekar) on his outside passing the 700 Metres. On a report from the Clerk of the Scales and at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race into the incident pertaining to Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of ONE FROM A BILLION placed III by the Judge had weighed in 600 grams less in relation to weighing out. The Stewards examined Jockey Saddam Hussain. After deliberations and in terms of Rule No.180 of the BTC Rules of Racing, the Stewards decided to disqualify ONE FROM A BILLION from the above race and the revised the order of placings are as under: b f MY LAW I b f SHARED HEART II b g TURF FAME III b f ONE FROM A BILLION IV b f SAREETA V They directed the Stipendiary Stewards to further enquire into this incident. DISTINCTIVE (Mohd. Feroz) sustained cut injury on right fore fetlock.

SILVER STONE (Arshad Alam) planted and lost many lengths at the start and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of SPARKLING STAR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of SPARKLING STAR, was fined Rs.5,000/- for easing his mount in the final stages of the race. SPARKLING STAR (F.K. Shabuddin) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of YOURE CHILUBULI, trained by Mr. Pradeep Annaiah and ridden by Jockey Vivek. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from dk b g STAR OF DESIRE. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m TRIBAL QUEEN.

Jockey S. John, the rider of OPTIMUS PRIME, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting in and causing severe interference to the horses on his inside viz. SHOW TIME (P. Mulrennan), SILKEN TOUCH (R. Vaibhav) and NICKEL CHROME (P.S. Chouhan) in the final 150 Metres of the race. Jockey David Alan, the rider of KLIPSPRINGER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 200 Metes of the race. CARIBBEAN QUEEN (Ryan Marshall) sustained a cut injury on hind pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SPEED SIX.

TOO COLD TO HOLD (S. Mallikarjun) was extremely fractious in the gates and refused to stay in the stalls. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's orders. Jockey Vivek, the rider of RICH CELEBRATION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to WIND OF SOUL (Saddam Hussain) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of FORMULA ONE, reported that he could not get a clear run in the final 200 Metres of the race due to a closely packed field. SUPER GOLD (Arshad Alam) was pulled up by its rider approaching the 200 Metres. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found have pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of GAME DANCER, reported that his saddle shifted forward passing the 800 Metres whereby he could not offer sufficient effort assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the saddle, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SMOKEHEAD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to APPLEJACK (S. John) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. ALIANZ (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) was slowly away, lost many lengths at the start and did not raise a fluent gallop after jumping out. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Race on race days on the race track. Jockey V.R. Jaqadeesh, the rider of TRIPLE VICTORY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to HAUTE ECOLE (Ryan Marshall) on his outside approaching the 1200 Metres. Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SMOKEHEAD, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sustained cut injuries on both hind pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c APPLEJACK.
